By placing an order Customer agree to these terms and conditions:
Orders
Customer will receive order confirmation email within 24 hours of order placement. Check “spam” folder and email DeanHochmanArt@gmail.com if not received.
All sales are final except Customer may change or cancel an order for a full refund until the order has gone into production, usually within 24 hours of order placement. A 5% cancellation fee applies for orders over $250.00. Email DeanHochmanArt@gmail.com immediately with requested cancellation or changes. Eligible refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in US dollars. Non-USD: The amount may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuation in exchange rates.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Framing included only if selected. Framed orders are usually ready for shipment 5-7 days after order placement. Unframed orders are usually ready for shipment 2-3 days after order placement.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customer will receive tracking number via email upon order shipment. We cannot guarantee an arrival date.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that all provided shipping address information is correct and that packages are receivable at the location. A signature may be required upon receipt of your order.
We are not able to cancel a delivery or change the delivery contact information, address, or date once an order ships. If the order has not yet shipped, email DeanHochmanArt@gmail.com immediately with requested changes.
If an order is refused or undeliverable due to inaccurate information, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method used for costs we incur related to the return of the order. An undelivered order that is returned to us by the mail courier may be reshipped at Customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customer should inspect order immediately upon receipt. Orders that arrive in a damaged condition must be reported to DeanHochmanArt@gmail.com with photo(s) of the artwork and packaging within five (5) days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Damage assessment and replacement eligibility is made at our sole discretion. Retain all original, damaged artwork and packaging until instructions provided. Do not return unless instructed. If instructed, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Non-USA: Orders can take a week or longer to arrive. Customer is responsible for ensuring the order is eligible for import into country and responsible for any additional local taxes and duties on arrival if applicable. We are not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related delays or fees incurred.
Miscellaneous
Risk of loss or damage to the order shall be Customer’s responsibility following delivery.
A Certificate of Authenticity will be delivered via email upon order shipment.
The sale of artwork does not include the transfer of the copyright.
